How does the pricing work?
Pick a plan — each includes a monthly subscription and a set of AI credits per week. Your subscription unlocks features; credits pay for AI-powered insights. If you use more AI than your plan includes, extra credits are billed weekly at $0.25 each.
What is an AI credit?
One credit equals one AI action — like getting a price suggestion for a menu item or a daily sales summary. More complex tasks like a full menu analysis or a weekly forecast cost 2–3 credits. You always see the credit cost before confirming.

What is Menumo Pay?
Menumo Pay is embedded payment processing on the Business plan. Accept card payments directly through Menumo with competitive rates. All sales data flows automatically into your analytics — no manual reconciliation.
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. If you upgrade mid-month, we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Unused included credits do not roll over.
What POS systems do you support?
Square and Clover integrations are available on Pro and Business plans. Toast integration is on our roadmap. On Essentials, you can enter data manually or upload a spreadsheet.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. POS credentials are stored using industry-standard OAuth tokens. We never see your passwords.
